With a diverse background as a certified Life Coach, Personal Trainer/Pilates Instructor and Eckhart Tolle Teacher of Presence, Shirley has dedicated her life to helping ladies discover the beauty and potential that lies within. Born, with an innate curiosity and passion for personal growth, Shirley has spent the last 4 decades immersed in researching, studying and experimenting in the field of Personal Education and Development. Through her unwavering determination, she transformed her own life into something she never thought possible.
Now Shirley focuses her expertise on guiding women 50 years and older to do the same, discovering their purpose, finding contentment, self-assurance and personal liberation. Bridging the gap between where they currently stand and where they aspire to be, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Creating a safe space for women to feel seen, heard, validated and supported is at the heart of her work.
